Joshua is a Senior Solicitor in the firm’s property and commercial team and is based in our Wanaka office.

Josh works closely with Wanaka Principal Ben King and the wider commercial team to assist the firm’s commercial clients which range from small start-up businesses to large-scale property developers.

Josh works across a number of areas including assisting with the drafting of commercial contracts, commercial leasing, subdivision and property developments, corporate governance and residential property transactions including the sale and purchase of real estate and property refinance.

Josh grew up in Arrowtown before attending boarding school in Dunedin at John McGlashan College. He continued his time in Dunedin and completed his studies at Otago University graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing.

Outside of work Josh enjoys spending his time mountain biking, 4-wheel driving, spearfishing and free-diving.
