Jessica specialises in commercial and property law. She has a wealth of expertise in commercial property transactions, share and asset sales, shareholders’ agreements and banking and finance. Jessica also advises on estate planning, including wills, trust documentation and structuring of personal affairs. 

Born and raised in Queenstown, Jessica graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, then spent five years working in a general practice firm in Queenstown. She gained significant experience working in property and commercial law before joining the TODD & WALKER Law team . Jessica says she joined the firm because it has “strong local connections, a good reputation and a good work culture.”

Jessica says she finds working on overseas investments rewarding and particularly enjoys working closely with clients to provide practical legal solutions and to overcome challenging situations. Jessica has a number of social and professional connections within Otago and is thrilled to be continuing to build her professional career in Queenstown.
