We are delighted to share that Gemma Beckman-Cross has been promoted to Senior Associate in our commercial team.
Gemma is a commercial law specialist. Based in our Queenstown office, Gemma regularly acts for a wide range of clients, from start-up businesses to large-scale commercial clients. Gemma has particular expertise in advising on commercial contracts, sale and purchases, shareholder/joint venture agreements, financing, construction contracts and technology/intellectual property.
Gemma focuses on providing straight forward and strategic commercial legal advice. She aims to help create a solid legal foundation for new and existing businesses, so they get the best head start, execute their plans, and are set up for long term success.
