Todd & Walker Law is proud to announce the promotion of Rosie Hill and Laura McPhail to the role of Principal, effective 1st April.

Both Rosie and Laura have demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill, and leadership throughout their careers, and their new roles reflect the value they bring to the firm and its clients.

Rosie Hill

Rosie has significant local and regional experience in many aspects of resource management law, with a particular interest in consenting, plan and policy making, housing and resort developments. Rosie is known for her energetic and collaborative approach to complex legal issues. She is passionate about the local community and is a current trustee on the Queenstown Trails Trust. Rosie has consistently delivered outstanding results for her clients, making her a natural fit for this new leadership position.

Laura McPhail

Laura brings comprehensive expertise in commercial transactions and property projects. She is well known for delivering outcomes, which are driven by her pragmatic, solutions focused approach. Laura has a particular interest in business/project structuring (including acquisitions and disposals) and the implementation of multi-stage subdivisions.  Laura’s extensive expertise, combined with her leadership skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the firm as it continues to grow and strengthen its presence in the region.
