We are very pleased to be able to introduce another of our newest members of the team, Jesse Thurlow.
Jesse joins TODD & WALKER Law as a Solicitor in the property and commercial teams.
Jesse will be working closely alongside Principal Peter Sygrove and the commercial and property teams to assist with a variety of matters including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, company incorporation and governance, shareholders agreements, commercial leasing, refinancing, subdivisions, property due diligence and conveyancing.
Jesse also assists clients with estate and succession planning matters including reviewing wills, enduring powers of attorney and trust management.
Jesse studied in both Wellington and Christchurch, graduating from the University of Canterbury with Bachelors in Law and the Arts. Prior to joining the team at TODD & WALKER Law Jesse spent time working in a general practice law firm in Christchurch specialising in property, commercial and estate planning.
