Hetish is an immigration law specialist and joins us as Special Counsel in immigration. With over 10 years of legal experience he brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.

Hetish specialises in both corporate and private client immigration and citizenship instructions and works in a wide range of matters ranging from standard applications (visitor, student, work, entrepreneur, investor, residence) to exceptionally complicated immigration issues (appeals, complaints, potentially prejudicial issues responses, medical waivers, character waivers).

Hetish regularly works with employers to ensure that their employment documents such as employment agreements, visa support letters, employer supplementary forms and responses to INZ are compliant with immigration legislation and policy.
