NOTARY PUBLIC
Graeme Todd was appointed a Notary Public (Notary) with a South Island wide warrant by Rowan Douglas the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2009. Graeme is one of very few notaries in the South Island.
What is a Notary Public
A Notary Public is an official that can certify a client's signature does belong to him or her. This is normally required when documents are to be used in an overseas jurisdiction. A Notary also administers oaths, takes declarations and swears affidavits. As a Notary, Graeme can also certify documents as being true copies of documents whether originals or translations.

If you require any documents to be notarised please contact our office on 03 441 2743 to make an appointment at our office in Frankton, Queenstown. Appointments in our Wanaka office can be organised on request, please let us know if you would like an appointment in Wanaka when contacting us.
What will you need to bring with you
- your current valid passport or a current driver's licence which has a photo of you endorsed on the same; and
- the original of any documents you require to be certified or witnessed.
Fees
A minimum fee of $NZ250.00 plus GST and disbursements or an hourly rate of $NZ275.00 plus GST and disbursements will be charged for notarial services.
