We are experienced in advising clients on a range of projects, varying from residential builds to major commercial developments.  We act for developers, contractors, architects and engineers, as well as subcontractors and other suppliers and consultants.

We know getting it right from the start is the key to success.  We apply our experience in negotiating construction contracts to make sure we achieve this success for our clients.  We are well equipped to advise on all industry standard forms of construction contract and bespoke contracts, and regularly advise clients on the Construction Contracts Act 2002.  We have particular expertise in acting for commercial clients on large-scale projects using NZS 3910.
